  1. 1. “In sooth, thou wast in very gracious fooling last night when thou spokest of Pigrogromitus, of the Vapians passing the equinoctial of Queubus” (Shakespeare 70). Pigrogromitus, Vapians and Queubus are all nonsense words, which sounds like astrology terms.

    2. “A stoup of wine!” (Shakespeare 68). In Shakespeare's day, stoup meant cup or flagon. However, in nowadays, it means a stone container for holy water in a church.

    3. “If you can separate yourself and your misdemeanors, you are welcome to the house. If not, an it would please you to take leave of her, she is very willing to bid your farewell” (Shakespeare 76). Malvolio wants Sir Toby to leave the house unless he behaves well because he sang loudly although it is night.

    4. “I will drop in his way some obscure epistles of love...” (Shakespeare 80). Maria is going to pretend as Olivia and write love letters to Malvolio because Maria and Olivia's handwriting are similar that they could not tell the difference.

    5. Sebastian is Viola's lost twin brother and Olivia wants to marry Sebastian. Antonio is the one, who rescued Sebastian, and he takes care of Sebastian.

    3. "My masters, are you mad? Or what are you? ... Do you make an alehouse of mt lady's house, that you squeak out your coziers' catchers without mitigation or remorse of voice?" (Shakespeare 76). Malvolio is upset beca three of Sir Andrew, Sir Toby, and Fool are making noise at night.
    4. "Calling my officers about me, in my branched velvet gown, having come from a daybed, where I have left Olivia sleeping-" (Shakespeare 102). He was going crazy because he kept thinking about Olivia.
